Before you check out

Why can’t I see my preferred payment method?

Available methods can change with your delivery country, currency, device, browser, and account. Check that your country and delivery details are correct. If your preferred method is not offered, choose another option shown at checkout.

Can I pay in installments?

If an installment option such as Klarna is offered at checkout, select it to review the payment schedule and terms before confirming. Availability and approval are determined by the payment provider.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Review the currency and final total at checkout before completing your order. If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Check your billing details and complete any verification requested by your bank or payment provider. If the payment is still declined, contact your provider or try another method offered at checkout.

I see a charge but no order confirmation. What now?

Check your spam and promotions folders first. A pending payment does not always mean an order was completed. Contact us with the name and email used at checkout and the approximate order time. Please do not send full card details.

How will my refund be paid?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.
